Because no one ever needs to hear no? I suppose on the surface this is an interesting thought but I certainly don't agree. Sometimes no forces you to be more creative and to find a better solution.

Sometimes a liaison between client and team is necessary. "Team" people are often not stellar communicators. Ideally account managers have mad communication skillz and can effectively translate. Problem is some of them aren't up to snuff.
